Our History
Dyna Metal Co., Ltd. was registered on March 23, 1973, through a joint venture between The Seri Wathana Industry Co.,Ltd. and Daido Metal Co.,Ltd. from Japan (50:50 ratio), with an initial registered capital of 7 million Baht.

The company sent the first four Thai employees to intern at Daido Metal Co.,Ltd. In Nagoya, Japan, and they started working during the New Year of 1974. At the same time, they brought in machines along with a team of seven Japnanese workers to assist, enabling them to produce high-quality products that meet the standards.
August 4
Management team, both Thai and Japanese, led by Mr. Siang Hosakul, held an official opening ceremony. The total workforce consists of 21 people, with the sales volume in the first year at 200,000 pieces. The first product produced was the Half Bearing.
Automated macinery was imported and installed in the production line, making it one of the first in Thailand. In the same year, parts began to be supplied to OEM engine assembly companies and engine components were continuously produced for the spare parts and automotive manufacturing markets.
Due to the oil price crisis, the domestic inflation rate increased rapidly, causing the automotive assembly business to slow down, which also affected the production of parts. At that time, the company had the unemployed employees help separate scrap metal for sale, as well as repair machinery and buildings, without reducing salaries or laying off workers.
After the oil price crisis passed. The company added another production line for Thrust Washers.
We have undertaken the process to obtain quality system certification and have received ISO 9001:1994 and QS 9000 certification in February 1995
Thailand experienced the Tom Yum Kung economic crisis, causing the Thai Baht to immediately depreciate, resulting in the company incurring additional debt from purchasing machinery and raw materials in foreign currencies. This led to losses form exchange rates, necessitating a voluntary deduction in the number of employees, a decrease in overtime work, and a reduction in benefits.
Increased the Bush Assembly production line Certified with ISO 9002:1994 Quality System. Received QS 9000 Quality System Certification: Third Edition
Relocated the production base to Wellgrow Industrial Estate. Officially opened on November 18, 2002. Increase capacity of Bush and HB production line.
Started the production item, Support Yoke Assembly. Received Environmental System Certification ISO 14001:1996
Certified with ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality System.
Certified with OHSAS 18001:2007 Safety Management System
Started production of a new item, which is Bearing for Turbo Charger, with a production capacity of 670,000 pieces per year.
November 23, Established Factory 3 to support the production lines for Bush, Assembly and Turbocharger parts.
Expanded the DA-12 production line to include a line for large-diameter Half Bearing, which is an automatic DA-12 model. In the same year, added the PK1 machine for special plating.
Started a new product, the Seal Tip, which is a component of the compressor assembly for automotive air conditioning systems.
Achieved maximum sales of 2,090 million Baht from 135.53 million pieces.
The company has started installing Solar Roof Top and can replace an average of 10% of its electricity consumption annually.
