Dry bearing series, DBB & DBS:Oil impregnanted polyacetal resin bearings. What is the DBB & DBS? It is a oil-free bearing. It is oil impregnated bearing in which an olephic fiber material and a special lubricant are homogeneously distributed and impregnated in the textures. As a result, the DBS bearing is adaptable to a more high speed operation compared with conventional sintered pressed bearing. These dry bearing consist of two types: one is the solid type, DBS and the other the steel back type, DBB. |

FEATURES - Opearated without lubrication
- Adaptable to operations under a high-load and high speed condition
- Stability in dimensions and shape and very thin structure provide a good chance for compact designing.
- Remarkably high wear resistance has been proved where the oil film formation is difficult such as in reciprocal, oscilllating operations or operation of repeated stop and go.
- Abundant standard parts such as spiral bushing, thrust washer, etc. are available.
- May be replaced with DU dry bearings and DX bearings.
| FEATURES - Operated without lubrication
- Excellent withstanding capacities against load and wear
- Lower friction coeficient (m=0.01-0.15) and excellent high speed characteristics
- Allows a quiet operation and prevents the stick slip phenomenon.
- Will not damage the surface of engaging component.
- Larger tolerance in the axial misalignment
